This studio projects quality and style. The beautiful open kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a nutritious breakfast or to enjoy a delicious and romantic meal. The bathrooms are equipped with everything you need. Outside, there are fabulous gardens with native flora, an incredible swimming pool. The fresh and warm interiors with fine material textiles combine beautifully with Scandinavian-inspired designer furniture.

Fabulous bed for a restful sleep

A good bed is really important! The beds are top quality. There is a Queen bed (2 m wide!) With a high quality mattress, decorated with textiles of noble materials, cotton of more than 300 threads, covers and footboards from local artisans and of course soft pillows.

Bedroom

The maximum we can accommodate are 2 and a baby under 2 years old.

Big pool

The pool is shared with other guests of the condominium.

Surroundings

The nearest local shops, banks and farmers market are within a 10 minute walk.

Yard

You can eat in a shaded barbecue area with a beautiful view of the city. The grounds are well kept with endemic plants and trees, plenty of places to sit in the shade or sunbathe by the pool.

Games

There is a game room stocked with board games, cue cues, flippers, arcade, video games and full size table tennis, touring bikes, and of course the large pool. In the case of a rainy afternoon, there are also board games, chess, etc., as well as a DVD collection for children and adults.

Move

There is free parking on the property. The apartment is 12 minutes walk from the center, there are bicycles available, walking and jogging, there are hundreds of trails to discover in the surrounding forest, where you can explore freely.

Cycling

There are free city bikes that you can use during your stay.

Walking and hiking

The area is popular with walkers and hikers. The Parque Nacional Huerquehue park has numerous trails. There are hundreds of walking routes throughout the sector. Just take your picnic and head to the hills!

A walk through this ancient and peaceful forest is a wonderful experience. Just walk out the door and let your feet decide where they will take you, uphill or downhill, in the shade or in the sun. Take a deep breath, focus on what you can see, hear, smell. Touch the trees and wild plants to feel their different textures. By combining mindfulness and spending time in nature, you will feel your stress disappear and you come back feeling refreshed, happy, and calm.

Lake and other attractions

The lovely lake beach is a 20 minute walk away.

Or drive a 30-minute drive to the Huife hot springs, which have a fabulous restaurant. (Fans of the TV series 'Games of Thrones' will recognize the cathedral and other locations that were shot in the old town of Girona.)

The center of Pucón is a 12-minute walk away, with its cultural attractions, restaurants, shops, bars and cafes, etc.

The highest peaks of the volcano are an hour and a half away, and the "pre-ascent" begins in less than half an hour, ideal for hiking and biking.

There are tons of charming towns in the area with little cafes and restaurants.

Walking to the center of Pucón can be an interesting journey while discovering all its tourist offers, such as the local market (Ansorena 465), the Carpa plaza de la Artesania (Fresia 124), the main square, with its wooden sculptures of the villages originating from the place, the lake.

1) Greater sanitation. We have reinforced our cleaning and hygiene measures to guarantee the health and well-being of our guests. We are sanitizing apartments and common areas more frequently, as well as providing courtesy disinfection products in our spaces.

2) Prioritizing personal space, with indications in common spaces and the use of mandatory masks for guests.

3) Guidance signage, the new cleaning standards and capacity protocols will be reinforced with strategically located signage and safety reminders for our guests.

In all our departments, as well as in the condominium units, our guests can expect higher standards of cleanliness and hygiene, in line with the guidelines provided by the WHO, medical organizations and local health authorities. Today, your safety is our priority.
